ACTE.5 was founded by a French Designer, Brand Manager and Creative Thinker.
Trained in industrial design, Rodolphe began his career in Switzerland, working in specialized watch design agencies in the heart of the Swiss watchmaking industry. This foundation shaped his approach: production-ready precision, supplier fluency, and an uncompromising standard of technical quality. Fascinated by timepieces, he found in watch design the perfect balance of engineering, beauty, and storytelling.
Over the past 12+ years, he has designed 230+ watch references for renowned international brands and agencies across France, the Netherlands, Switzerland, and Germany, designing collections that blend identity, function, and emotion.
His experience spans multiple product categories, from watches and eyewear to lifestyle objects, tableware and furniture. Throughout his journey, Rodolphe has contributed to projects for Hermès, Louis Vuitton, Maurice Lacroix, Victorinox, and later joined the Fossil Group, working on brands such as Tory Burch, Emporio Armani and more from the Fossil Group.
He then spent nine years with an international jewellery brand, as the designer of its watch collections: he created the concepts and designed the watches, from the first idea to the launch. Then, on top of design, he led the entire watch category, a multi-million-euro business: collection, pricing, purchasing, stock, and sales in stores, through retailers and online.
After years designing for prestigious brands across Europe, he created ACTE.5 to bring together everything he believes in: thoughtful design, emotional resonance, and purposeful creation.
