Trained in industrial design, Rodolphe began his career in Switzerland as a watch designer driven by a deep passion for creation and the emotional power of objects.Fascinated by timepieces, he found in watch design the perfect balance of precision, beauty, and storytelling.

Over the past 12+ years, he has worked with renowned international brands and agencies across France, the Netherlands, Switzerland, and Germany designing collections that blend identity, function, and emotion.

His experience spans multiple product categories, from watches and eyewear to lifestyle objects, tableware and furnitures. Throughout his journey, Rodolphe has contributed to projects for Hermès, Louis Vuitton, Maurice Lacroix, Victorinox, and later joined the Fossil Group, working on brands such as Tory Burch, Emporio Armani and more from the fossil group.

He currently leads watch design for Thomas Sabo and Saboteur, overseeing the full product process from concept to launch.

After years designing for prestigious brands across Europe, he created ACTE.5 to bring together everything he believes in: thoughtful design, emotional resonance, and purposeful creation.
