Method
We define your brand, retail price, series size and movement.
We present one or two design directions. You choose one, and we refine it over 2 to 4 revision rounds, depending on the project.
Your watch is modelled in 3D and printed at full scale in resin during the design phase. You hold it, check the proportions, and we adjust before the technical file is finalised.
Drawings and 3D files a factory can read and quote from, with a movement recommendation and, when the factory’s information allows it, a first indication of the cost per piece.
We work with the factory, review its production drawings, answer its questions and check the physical samples.
Our support ends when the pre-series sample is validated.
Resin prototype → functional prototype → pre-series.
The resin prototype validates shape and proportions. The functional prototype is made by the factory, and we coordinate it. The pre-series sample confirms the watch is ready for production.
Your factory, or ours.
We work with a trusted network of manufacturers in Asia and Switzerland, and we travel to factories when the project needs it. If you already have a manufacturer, we work with them directly.
Your design, your files.
The design rights are transferred to you upon full payment. You receive the STEP files and the technical drawings, and you are free to produce with any manufacturer, now or later.
